Order Fulfillment:

We ship orders Monday through Friday (9:00 am - 4:00pm EST).

We do not ship orders out on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays.

While we strive to ship orders the same day they’re placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

Delivery Estimates
Currently, we only ship within the Continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders are expected to arrive within 5–8 business days from the shipment date. However, please note that delivery times may vary due to occasional postal delays beyond our control. You can track your order using the tracking information provided via email and/or online shipment notification.

Lost or Stolen Shipments
Scentaari cannot assume responsibility for shipments reported as lost or stolen after delivery to the address specified by the customer. Once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the provided address, the shipment is considered complete. If you believe your order has been lost or stolen, we encourage you to reach out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim.

At Scentaari.com, we prioritize the authenticity and quality of every fragrance sample. Each decant is guaranteed to be 100% authentic, taken directly from the original bottle. To uphold this standard and avoid any tampering, all sales of decanted products are final, so please choose your items carefully.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it, including details and a clear photo of the damaged item, so we can arrange a replacement. If you don’t see our response, check your spam or junk folder, as our emails may be filtered.

Note: A replacement can only be issued if an accurate, clear photo of the damage is provided.

If you receive an incorrect fragrance, reach out within 3 days of receiving your order with details and a photo showing the full order and the incorrect product.

Please review your package as soon as it arrives. Any issues must be reported within 3 days.

Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error or the goods arrived damaged.
